ACE UltraCore SuperC18

ACE UltraCore™ SuperC18™ is a uniquely-bonded, EBT™ (Encapsulated Bonding Technology) end-capped C18 phase bonded to an ACE solid-core particle.  ACE UltraCore SuperC18 provides unprecedented inertness, unparalleled efficiency and uncompromising durability over an extended pH range (pH 1.5–11.0).   ACE UltraCore SuperC18 solid-core columns are excellent for improved retention and peak shape of basic analytes at mid- and high pH, and for adjusting selectivity during method development at low, mid and high pH.

  • Designed for use with LC-MS-compatible buffers:  ultr d a-low bleed compared to conventional C18 based phases—excellent for LC-MS applications
  • Stable for a minimum of 20,000 column volumes at 40°C with NH4OH/NH4OAc mobile phases between pH 8 and 11.0
  • Superior inertness and stability from pH 1.5 to 11.0
  • Extremely inert at low pH for excellent peak shape
  • Fully utilize pH to improve retention for basic analytes and to tune selectivity
