HALO Protein C4 is a densely bonded, extensively endcapped, dimethylbutyl stationary phase, which offers hydrophobic selectivity for separating intact proteins, monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), biosimilars, and other large biomolecules (up to 500 kDa) such as pegylated proteins, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), membrane proteins, etc.

Advantages:
  • 400 Å pore diameter provides unrestricted pore access and fast mass transfer for excellent peak shape for polypeptides and proteins
  • Provides narrower peaks and better recoveries for large biomolecules (vs. smaller pore sizes and non-core particles)
  • Excellent high temperature stability (up to 90 οC) for improved peak shape and recovery
  • Low bleed for LC-MS applications
  • 3.4-micron particle size can be used with both UHPLC and HPLC instrumentation for fast bioseparations at moderate back pressures

HIGH RESOLUTION OF LIGHT AND HEAVY CHAIN VARIANTS OF IgG1

HALO PROTEIN C4 PROVIDES NARROWER AND TALLER PEAKS THAN TOTALLY POROUS COLUMN
